    Annual Incentive Program 

    We are strong believers in setting goals, sticking with them, and rewarding employees for their accomplishments.  Individual goals are established on a yearly basis between employees and their manager.  Upon review at the end of the year, employees are eligible for a bonus based on completion of goals.

    *Performance Management

    Employees are eligible for a yearly increase in salary based on their overall performance for the year.  Measurement of performance is based on specific competencies set out by the company.
